Joanne Gormley, a human resources professional with more than 25 years of experience in generalist and management roles, has worked in the high-tech, non-profit, manufacturing, research and development, search and consulting industries. Additionally, she has many years of community service and leadership in educational foundations and programs. In her role as Director of Human Resources at NERI, Ms. Gormley oversees management of NERI’s excellent benefits programs, provides strategic partnering, planning and execution of performance management, employee relations, and leadership of the Human Resources team.

Ms. Gormley has a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia, and has completed numerous professional training programs.
